Agent Harness / AI Org Chart GUI (Harbor-style)
A visual dashboard for spinning up, monitoring, and orchestrating multiple AI agents across business functions — think an org chart where every box is an autonomous Claude agent.
01 THE IDEA
Andrew describes Harbor (github.com/geekforbrains/harbor), built by his friend Gavin, as a GUI harness that wraps OpenClaw/Claude agents with a knowledge base, environmental variables, and a visual interface showing all running agents and their states. He contrasts it with Paperclip (which is also visual but built by developers for developers). The market gap is a polished, business-person-friendly version of this infrastructure — something a non-technical CEO or operator can use to spin up a support agent, a marketing agent, and a dev agent without living in a terminal.
The real business opportunity here is not an open-source tool but a hosted SaaS product with a clean UI that abstracts the complexity of multi-agent orchestration for SMB operators and founders. Revenue model could be per-agent-seat or API cost pass-through with margin. Anthropic and OpenAI will likely build toward this, but a 12-24 month window exists for a well-designed product.

03 THE VERDICT
Real demand exists and the UX gap is genuine, but the competitive density is extreme and the platform risk from Anthropic/OpenAI is high. To win, you'd need a radically better UX than existing tools and a tight niche focus (e.g., 'agent harness for e-commerce operators') rather than a horizontal play. Worth building if you have a strong distribution angle into a specific operator persona.
