The output Greg saw from GenSpark was genuinely useful — surfacing app marketplace listings, Slack integrations, affiliate programs, and content-led SEO strategies with specificity.

This could be sold as a standalone report product ($299–$499 one-time) or a subscription that refreshes quarterly as new channels emerge. Bundling it with the customer persona tool above creates a compelling 'go-to-market intelligence' platform. The key differentiator is specificity: generic growth advice is everywhere, but a tool that researches your actual competitors and industry to surface channels they're missing is genuinely valuable.
