VERDICT: MAYBEBERG SCORE 60/100

AI Educational Content System for School Curricula

A B2B SaaS that generates illustrated AI storybooks and animated scenes for every topic in the national school curriculum, sold directly to schools.

01 THE IDEA

Schools teach standardized curricula (e.g., UK National Curriculum, US Common Core) covering specific topics by year group. This platform ingests the official curriculum syllabus, automatically generates Pixar-style illustrated stories and animated videos for each topic (e.g., 'The Romans' for Year 4 history), and provides teachers with an engaging multimedia library to use in class. The AI workflow is the same sequential prompting pipeline: ChatGPT generates story scripts and image prompts → Leonardo renders illustrations → Kling animates → ElevenLabs narrates.

The business model is B2S (business-to-school): schools or local education authorities pay annual licensed access fees, giving all teachers in a school access to the full curriculum content library and potentially individual student accounts. This is differentiated from general EdTech by being curriculum-locked and illustration-quality-driven rather than just text-based AI tutoring.

03 THE VERDICT

The market is large and the differentiation is real, but B2B school sales cycles are notoriously slow (6–18 months) and procurement is painful. A founder without existing relationships in education will struggle to get traction quickly. Better to validate demand with a B2C parent-facing product first, then pivot up to B2B once content quality is proven.
