Genuinely useful and the proactive contextual angle is differentiated, but the personal CRM category has a graveyard of well-designed products that couldn't achieve retention. The product works best for power networkers (founders, VCs, salespeople) — a narrow beachhead that limits initial scale. Worth building if you're deeply embedded in that community and can use personal distribution, but hard to grow beyond it without a fundamentally viral mechanic.
