The business opportunity here is to productize this as a standalone SaaS or done-for-you service specifically for recruiting teams. Unlike generic sales outreach tools, a recruiting-specific product can be tuned for candidate experience, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and ATS integration.
