As AR glasses (Meta Orion, Ray-Ban Meta, Snap) move toward mainstream adoption, there will be a need for an ad marketplace that connects brands with AR eyewear audiences. Just as Yahoo and early internet companies created banner ad networks to monetize web real estate, this business would negotiate 'visual real estate' deals in the AR field of view — serving contextually relevant, AI-generated one-of-one ads based on what the wearer is looking at in real time.

The opportunity is to build the infrastructure layer early — before platforms like Meta lock it all in-house — by creating SDKs, demand-side platforms, and supply-side integrations that allow brands to buy AR ad inventory.
