The framework is sound and Greg Isenberg himself essentially runs this as his personal brand — which is both validation and a competitive moat for him. For a third-party builder, the agency version is immediately viable and capital-light, but commoditizes quickly. The SaaS version (community intelligence platform) is more defensible but technically heavier. Best executed as a consulting practice that eventually productizes common workflows. Build only if you already have demonstrated success building for a specific community.
