Every AI agent, model inference call, and training run requires physical compute (GPUs/TPUs), cooling, electricity, and real estate. These are the scarce inputs of the AI economy and their demand is growing exponentially. The business opportunity ranges from large-scale infrastructure (building or funding GPU clusters and data centers like Crusoe) to smaller plays like leasing GPU capacity, investing in energy infrastructure adjacent to data centers, or providing specialized cooling solutions.
For solo founders, direct competition with Crusoe or CoreWeave is unrealistic, but adjacent plays exist: managing GPU rental arbitrage, developing relationships with power utilities for AI-specific capacity, or investing in real estate near power-rich corridors for data center development. The key insight is that regardless of which AI model wins, all of them need the same physical inputs.

Enormous market with correct tailwinds, but capital requirements are prohibitive for individual founders and competition from well-funded giants is intense. The GPU rental and energy infrastructure plays require either deep capital or specialized operational expertise that most viewers won't have. Better to participate as an investor in this space than as an operator unless you have a specific edge in power or real estate.
