A small agency or solo consultant could offer onboarding workshops, template libraries, and done-for-you app prototyping services specifically for teams already using Google Cloud who want to adopt Firebase Studio. As the product matures and adoption grows, this becomes a meaningful positioning play. The timing is excellent — being an early expert in a brand-new Google product with a large eventual user base is a classic first-mover opportunity. However, the product is so early that client demand may not materialize for 3-6 months, and Google could change the product dramatically. Best pursued as a content-first strategy (YouTube, blog) to build authority cheaply before committing to full agency mode.
