The demand signal is real and the cultural moment is right, but this is a platform play competing directly with TikTok Shop, Instagram Live Shopping, and well-funded startups like LTK and Whatnot. The capital and network-effects requirements make this extremely hard to bootstrap. A solo founder would need to start with a pure content format (not a platform) and prove audience demand before building infrastructure. The idea is genuinely big if executed well but requires venture-scale resources to win.
