The idea is to create a new content format: long-form dance music sets (30-45 minutes) with mindfulness spoken-word interludes woven throughout, designed for workouts, runs, and high-energy movement where traditional meditation apps (Calm, Headspace) don't work. The creator acts as the 'mindfulness voice' while partnering with established EDM artists (Martin Garrix, Griffin, etc.) who provide the music and bring their own fanbases. The resulting content sits in an underserved gap between fitness podcasts and meditation apps.
At scale, this becomes a 'mindful record label' — signing or partnering with artists to produce a catalog of mindfulness-infused music content, licensing it to fitness platforms (Peloton, fitness apps), selling as downloadable sets, or streaming. It could also anchor live daytime festival experiences where the music and mindfulness content merge into an event format.

03 THE VERDICT
The format is genuinely differentiated and the market gap is real — nobody has cracked high-energy mindfulness audio content at scale. However, this is best understood as a content strategy extension for an existing mindfulness creator, not a standalone business to build from scratch. The artist relationship dependency creates fragility, and monetization paths (licensing, streaming, live events) all require significant scale before they generate meaningful revenue. Worth testing as a content format before committing capital.
