01 THE IDEA
Rather than building a standalone product, this idea targets existing SaaS founders and suggests embedding an auto-research style agent as a premium feature — represented as a single 'Optimize' button. When pressed, the system autonomously runs mini experiments on the user's data and configuration, surfaces the best settings, and lets the user accept or reject the recommendation.
The monetization angle is upsell: gate the 'optimize' feature behind Pro or Enterprise plans, or use it as a conversion lever in upgrade email campaigns. The appeal to SaaS builders is that it adds significant perceived value without requiring users to understand AI. This is less a standalone business and more a product strategy recommendation — but someone could build it as a white-label SDK that SaaS companies integrate.
