This pattern repeats constantly as platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Kick, Rumble) compete for creator talent with guaranteed money.

The business is a talent management and deal brokerage specifically for the live-streaming and video creator tier that sits below top-tier MCNs — creators with 50K–2M followers who are often unrepresented and leaving significant money on the table. The broker takes a 10–20% commission on placed deals, provides contract review, and actively pitches creators to platform BD teams. This could also be productized as a marketplace where platforms post creator acquisition budgets and creators apply.
