Target college campuses where students need short-term storage between academic years. Offer door-to-door pickup and delivery of boxes and small items, warehousing them in a rented facility. Market hyper-locally through sidewalk chalk, flyers, and campus foot traffic — no paid ads needed early on.

The model is capital-light to start (used cargo van, cheap warehouse space) and scales by adding campuses. At peak, Nick's company Storage Squad did $2.2M revenue and $400-500K profit before selling for $1.75M.
