01 THE IDEA

This system uses Claude Code to scrape Reddit and social platforms for authentic audience pain points via Perplexity, generates hundreds of ad creative variations as React components rendered to PNG, bulk uploads them to a Facebook ad set via the Facebook Ads API, and then runs a daily cron job that pulls performance data from a data warehouse (Graft) and turns off high-CPM underperformers while escalating winners to dedicated budget ad sets.

The full loop — ideation, creation, publishing, analysis, optimization — runs with minimal human input. The insight is that testing messaging variations at scale (1,000 ads) is nearly zero-cost when using code rather than design tools like Figma or Nano Banana, enabling rapid discovery of winning angles before investing in high-production creative.
