01 THE IDEA
The video demos a prototype 'usage bar' feature that hooks into the plugin system to tally every time Claude uses a skill, broken down by team member. The guest imagines a 'Spotify Wrapped for AI skills' — an annual report showing how many times each skill was invoked — as well as a pruning tool that surfaces skills nobody has used in 6 months so they can be removed before the skill library gets bloated.
This is a thin but valuable analytics product that could sit on top of any AI harness as a standalone SaaS. For enterprise buyers, the ROI story is compelling: prove which AI automations are actually being used and saving time, identify training gaps (team members not using high-value skills they have access to), and benchmark AI adoption across departments. The data moat grows over time as aggregated anonymized usage signals can power skill recommendations.
