Most current AI products present users with a blank text box — a fundamentally poor UX for the majority of people who don't know what to ask. This business builds a layer on top of existing LLM APIs or chatbot products that turns open-ended prompts into structured, button-driven flows. Think: instead of typing 'help me write a cover letter,' the user clicks 'Cover Letter' → 'Tech Job' → 'Entry Level' → pastes their resume → done.

The opportunity is to serve as the UX layer for the AI wave, either as a white-label product sold to businesses building AI features, or as a consumer product in a specific vertical (e.g. legal, HR, real estate). The analogy given in the video is Uber's pre-filled response buttons — proven UX that dramatically increases conversion and satisfaction. The problem is real and the insight is sharp — chatbots with blank text boxes have terrible UX. However, well-funded competitors like Voiceflow already exist and the horizontal tooling space is getting crowded fast. The winning move is to go narrow: pick one vertical where guided AI flows have outsized value (e.g. legal intake, medical triage, real estate qualification) and dominate it before going broad. Generic horizontal builder is likely a tough fight.
