The business model could mirror Typeform's (freemium SaaS with per-response or per-seat pricing). The real moat is in the submission UX — a chat interface that feels like texting rather than filling out a form dramatically increases completion rates, which is the core metric businesses care about. Forms are genuinely foundational internet infrastructure and the AI-native reimagining of both creation and submission is early but clearly directionally correct. The market is proven (Typeform is a large business), the problem is real (completion rates, creation friction), and the current tools are not AI-native from the ground up.
