01 THE IDEA

Jonathan casually drops one of the most actionable pieces of advice in the video: go to the Facebook Ad Library, type in your competitor's name, click their ads, and follow them into their funnels to see what's working in your industry. This is currently a completely manual process. A SaaS product that automates this — monitoring Facebook/Meta Ad Library for a user-defined list of competitors, screenshotting funnel pages at each step, tracking how long ads have been running (a proxy for profitability), and notifying users of new campaigns — would be enormously valuable to any marketer building funnels.

The product could integrate with the public Facebook Ad Library API, use headless browsers to follow click-through paths from ads to landing pages, and build a searchable database of funnel structures by industry.
