The core idea is for internet creators with sizeable, trust-based audiences to partner with (or acquire a stake in) small businesses that are already generating cash flow but need distribution. Rather than just being an affiliate, the creator takes 30–50% equity, brings operational value through content and introductions, and can raise the required capital privately from their own network — avoiding having to put in their own money.
