The business model is domain arbitrage: buy expired domains cheaply (often under $200), optionally pair them with a logo, and resell to newsletter operators, SEO agencies, or content site builders for $2,500–$5,000+. Greg ran a version of this manually years ago, buying domains for $8 and selling domain+logo packages for $3,000–$5,000. AI now automates the scouting layer entirely.
