A public leaderboard gamifies participation and gives managers data-driven signals for promotions, performance reviews, and staffing decisions. The reported outcome was a 77% increase in tool engagement. The broader vision is gamifying the boring parts of work the same way Apple Vision Pro gamified vacuuming — making compliance and productivity feel like earning coins in a video game. This could be sold to agencies, remote-first companies, or any SMB struggling with engagement and accountability.
