The concept is sound and addresses a real access problem, but the regulatory complexity around securities placement is a serious obstacle for a solo founder without a legal background. The best entry point might be a niche-specific version (crypto funds only, or cannabis funds only) where the founder has genuine domain expertise and existing relationships.
