Raoul and co-founder David Pemsel identified that virtually every major cultural institution — music labels, sports franchises, film studios, fashion houses — sits on enormous 'intangible' community value that is unmonetized or exploited by middlemen (Spotify, Instagram, Ticketmaster). 03 THE VERDICT

The thesis is directionally correct and the market timing is early — most major cultural brands have not yet tokenized their communities, and the studio/agency model has real margin potential through token warrants. However, the 2022-2023 NFT/crypto bear market has made enterprise clients more cautious, extending sales cycles. The idea is strong for someone with dual entertainment-industry and Web3 credibility, but generic Web3 agencies are already struggling to differentiate.
